事務組同仁整理了三校區簡版分機表以利大家尋找系所，分機表請至表單下載下載最新版本。一般而言，系所人員異動不會特別通知總務處，履次造成資訊不即時，所以系所分機由各系所自行維護，總務處提供查詢系統，路徑如下圖：
