  • 午餐：11:30 – 13:00（12:40 停止補菜）Lunch: 11:30 – 13:00 (dish replenishment ends at 12:40)

建國校區Jianguo Campus
  • 早餐：07:00 – 08:00Breakfast: 07:00 – 08:00

  • 週末、國定假日、寒暑假或特定日期不提供現場供餐。 On-site meal service is not available on weekends, national holidays, during winter or summer breaks, or on specified dates.

刷卡方式（實體證件／App 掃碼）Payment Methods (Physical Card / App QR Code)

一、實體證件刷卡1. Physical Card

  • 攜帶本校識別證／學生證，於取餐時完成刷卡。Bring your TCU staff/student ID card and swipe when collecting your meal.

二、校園通掃碼付餐費2. Pay with the TCU Campus App

  1. 開啟「慈濟大學校園通」App，點選綠色「掃碼」按鈕。Open the TCU Campus Go app and tap the green Scan button.
  2. 掃描餐廳現場立牌上的 QR Code，完成付款。Scan the QR Code on the stand at the cafeteria to pay.
  3. 付款後，請出示付款畫面供工作人員確認。After paying, show the payment screen to the staff.
限本校教職員生使用；每人每餐限使用一次，僅供本人取餐。請先掃碼付款，再自助打菜，並自備便當盒。 For TCU students, faculty and staff only. Each person may use it once per meal, for personal use only. Please pay first, then serve yourself, and bring your own lunch box.

三、手機 App 感應3. Mobile App ID Scan

  1. 開啟手機「慈大校園通」App，點選數位教職員工／學生證 QR Code。Open the TCU Campus Go app on your phone and select the QR Code for your digital faculty/staff or student ID.
  2. 先至專屬掃碼機台完成嗶卡。Scan your digital ID at the designated scanner first.
  3. 完成嗶卡後，再至取餐動線排隊取餐。After scanning, join the meal pickup line to collect your meal.

用餐規則Dining Rules

  • 每人每日各餐別限補助 一次；同一餐別第二次用餐，須依原價付費。午、晚餐餐點僅供本人食用；非本校教職員生午、晚餐每餐 NT$80。 Meal subsidies are limited to once per person for each meal period per day. Additional meals during the same meal period will be charged at the regular price. Lunch and dinner are for personal consumption only; non-university personnel are charged NT$80 per lunch or dinner.
  • 部分餐點有取用數量限制，請依現場標示說明領取。Some dishes have quantity limits. Please follow on-site instructions.
  • 湯品有限，請勿二次取用。Soup is limited. No second servings.
  • 請自備餐具，餐廳不提供餐具。Please bring your own utensils. The cafeteria does not provide tableware.
  • 供餐時間及規定可能依學校或餐廳公告調整，請隨時留意公告。Dining schedules and regulations may change. Please stay updated with announcements.

線上訂餐須知Online Ordering Instructions

  • 適用時段：介仁校區早餐、以及建國／介仁兩校區的假日／連假三餐，僅開放線上訂餐，恕不現場供餐。 When required: Jieren Campus breakfast, and all weekend/holiday meals at both Jianguo and Jieren campuses, are available by online pre-order only — no on-site dining.
  • 登入入口：學生：登入學生校務資訊系統；教職員：登入教職員校務資訊系統；TEEP／助理人員：登入TEEP／助理人員校務資訊系統。 Login portals: Students: log in to the Student Information System; Faculty & Staff: log in to the Faculty & Staff Information System; TEEP/Assistants: log in to the TEEP/Assistant Personnel Information System.
  • 訂餐步驟：登入校務資訊系統 → 總務處 → 電子餐券系統 → 電子餐券線上訂餐 → 選擇建國／介仁校區、餐別及日期，完成訂購。 Ordering steps: Log in to the information system → General Affairs Office → Electronic Meal Voucher System → Online Meal Voucher Ordering → select Jianguo/Jieren Campus, meal, and date to complete the order.
  • 訂餐與取消期限：須於用餐前一日 14:00 前完成訂餐或取消；週六、週日及假日期間，請於放假前一日 14:00 前完成。逾時系統將自動關閉，無法補訂或取消退費。 Ordering and cancellation deadline: Orders and cancellations must be completed by 14:00 on the day before the meal. For Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, please complete the process by 14:00 on the day preceding the holiday. After the deadline, the system will close automatically, and no additional orders, cancellations, or refunds can be processed.
  • 扣款方式：訂餐後系統將立即扣款；當日若不需用餐，請務必提前上線取消，以免被扣款。 Payment: Payment is deducted automatically as soon as an order is placed. If you no longer need the meal, be sure to cancel online in advance to avoid being charged.
  • 未取消或未領取：視同放棄，不予退費。 No cancellation or no pickup: The order is forfeited with no refund.

領餐規則Pickup Regulations

  • 餐點須於領餐時段開始後 2 小時內領取完畢；逾時視同放棄，恕不退費。 Meals must be collected within 2 hours of the start of the designated pickup period. Unclaimed meals are forfeited and non-refundable.
  • 領餐地點：Pickup locations:
    • 建國校區 → 第一警衛室旁Jianguo Campus → Beside the 1st Guard Office
    • 介仁校區 → 合心樓警衛室旁Jieren Campus → Beside the Hexin Building Guard Office
  • 自助餐午、晚餐需依序刷卡取餐，不得代刷。 Lunch & dinner buffet requires personal card swipe. No proxy swiping.
